AWM Diversified MIC was created in 2004. The portfolio consists primarily of first and second mortgages, owner-occupied residential properties across Western Canada and Ontario (Offering Memorandum allows for third mortgages as well). Each loan in AWM Diversified MIC’s portfolio has a loan-to-value ratio of 90% or less at the time of funding. The goal is to maintain a weighted portfolio with a loan to value of 75% or less.
